Your aim as the Marketing Specialist France to drive the sales performance across France with creative marketing, growing market share and supporting the objective of re-establishing Bugaboo as the most desired, talked about and recommended premium parenting brand. In this role you’ll be reporting to the Marketing Manager for Western Europe.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of French marketing calendar to clearly reflect agreed plans working with Go to Market, performance marketing and .com teams to ensure alignment of key marketing messaging across all channels.
- Working closely with your line manager, devise, manage, deliver and measure marketing strategy for France with an immediate focus on retail partner presence and activations.
- Take the lead in development and delivery of joint marketing plans with select retail partners including budget planning, measurement & reporting to ensure we are maximizing investment and delivering ROI.
- Ensure high quality, consistent retail execution online (including social) and in store ensuring the brand is represented as per guidelines and supporting overall marketing message in the market.
- Support cluster social media team in planning content for local social channels, playing a key role in community management.
- Manage influencer & PR marketing including product seeding process as well as delivery of brand events as required.
- Define and deliver media and B2B partnerships to boost brand awareness and consideration.
- Support with French copy writing, translations and proof reading as required.
- Manage marketing budget in accordance with agreed priorities
- Support with reporting, creative briefing, PO process, product seeding and ad hoc requirements for broader Western Europe region as required.
What you will bring to the table
You ideally have a marketing degree and a minimum of 3+ years marketing experience. Beyond all else, you are someone with a positive and solutions based mindset, willing to take initiative and work creatively.
Moreover it’s a big plus if you have experience in multiple marketing disciplines including retail/trade marketing, brand media, organic social, PR & influencers is preferred.
The successful candidate will be a commercially minded, strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills and a key eye for detail. They will be agile and possess the ability to adapt quickly. Ideally you live in the area of Paris, but feel free to apply if you live somewhere else in France too.
