Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong background in designing for the ServiceNow platform to support an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) delivery project focused on the migration and development of a new employee portal. The ideal candidate will bring a user-centered design approach, combining creativity and technical know-how to deliver seamless digital experiences that align with business objectives and user needs.
The role requires the ability to lead discovery workshops, conduct comprehensive user research, and translate insights into user personas, information architecture, and intuitive design solutions. The candidate will be proficient in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual mockups that reflect brand standards and usability best practices. Additionally, the role involves crafting detailed design documentation, usability testing, content strategy planning, and training material development. A deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and customization is essential. A portfolio showcasing ServiceNow-related UI/UX work is required.
Job Requirements
- Possess a degree in Design or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a specialization in the ServiceNow platform. (Please provide the candidate’s portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, particularly for ServiceNow applications).
- Ability to design and conduct discovery workshops and produce detailed documentation.
- Proficiency in conducting user research, analyzing findings, and creating user personas.
- Expertise in developing information architecture sitemaps to organize and structure content effectively.
- Skill in creating low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Ability to produce high-fidelity visual design mockups that align with branding guidelines and best practices.
- Experience in developing content strategies and designing templates for consistent content presentation.
- Proficiency in creating detailed design specifications and assets for seamless development.
- Capability to conduct usability testing, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Skill in developing training materials and documentation to equip employees with necessary knowledge.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, best practices, and customization.
