PHP Developer

We are looking for a full stack PHP Laravel Developer in the Dallas area!!

Call Notes:

• 5+ years of experience
• They are wanting a GitHub or some type of coding/documentation samples upon submission (setting up Laravel framework with a React Front-End)
• Full Stack Web – WordPress, React, Laravel, PHP
• We have a PHP and React Skills Assessment
• 5-Days/week In-Office
• Open to either Virtual or In-Person Interviews
• Looking for someone who can start in the next 2-weeks
• The company will provide the developer with a Mac
• Developing and managing company (public facing marketing website – they have a marketing team) website (TPA and Sales Agent Sites), the licensing team is looking to redesign the licensing operation

Job Requirements

• Must be comfortable working on a MacBook

• Strong proficiency with PHP / Laravel backend development

• Strong proficiency in React (TypeScript) and building component-based architecture

• Familiarity with TypeScript, Vite, Chakra UI, Zustand and TanStack Query

• Familiar with setting up backend / frontend testing

• Knowledge of database management (MySQL, Windows SQL server)

• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript

• Experience with version control via GitHub

• Understanding of RESTful API’s and third-party integrations

• Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Technology Solutions Architect to build and maintain internal/external applications and public-facing marketing websites.

• Complete tasks within the allocated timeframe and proactively communicate any roadblocks or issues.

• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to implement responsive and functional web layouts

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

What’s Important to the Role

• College Degree or 3+ years experience

• Previous experience in similar roles is highly preferred.

• You will be required to provide examples of your work.
