Position Summary:

This position will have direct responsibility, as a PPM representative, guiding teams and organizations in the effective implementation of Agile methodologies. Their primary role includes:

• Training and Mentoring: Educating leadership, teams, and individuals on Agile principles, practices, and tools. This often involves conducting workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
• Facilitation: Assisting teams in the organization and facilitation of Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth and productive workflow.
• Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement within the current processes and developing strategies to enhance team performance and efficiency.
• Change Management: Supporting the transition to an Agile culture by addressing resistance, fostering a collaborative environment, and encouraging continuous.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with Global Transformation Office/LACE team for transformation engagements ART launch ceremonies, value stream mapping, value stream analysis
• Creating Agile Maturity assessments and guidelines, frameworks to support teams
• Mapping OKRs/ Organization goals to Execution at Portfolio, ART and Team Levels Execution of Kaizens in ART release for efficiency improvement
• Setting up Centers of Practice for Agile roles Working with Leadership to establish Lean Portfolio Management group
• Coaching agile teams by assessing Agility Maturity and enable them to continuously improve
• Conducting Big room trainings, brainstorming session and various SAFe Workshops like Inspect & Adapt,
• Stakeholder identification, QMS alignment etc.
• Mentoring and Coaching RTEs, scrum masters, product owners on agile principles, PI planning, and agile ways of working
• Define Governance, release strategy and change management
• Stakeholder management, influencing and running project governance, change management and benefits realization
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps is a must for backlog management, dashboards generation, planning, sprint management, etc.

Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement

• Minimum 10 years of experience with 4+ years of relevant experience in coaching Agile teams along with Program & Project Management/ PPM role to implement Agile tools.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps is a must for backlog management, dashboards generation, planning, sprint management, etc.
• Total 10 to 15 years' work experience of which 4 to 6 years has been specifically on SAFe transformation
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering from reputed institutions
• SPC (SAFe- Practice Consultant 6.0) active certification is a must
• SAFe - LPM certification is good to have
• Should possess SAFe Implementation experience at an Enterprise level for at least 3 to 4 PIs consecutively
• Should have led / played significant role in end-to-end Agile transformation programs
• Should have good fundamental understanding between Value stream identification, value stream mapping (SAFe) and value stream mapping technique (Lean)
• Ready to take training session for various SAFe Roles to executives / teams and knows the process to get participants certify under SAFe.
• Expertise in Scrum and Kanban is mandatory and experience in Scrum Scale or other frameworks are preferred.
• Experience in Automotive/ Auto-ancillary industry is preferred Coaching skills at different levels
• Organizations (Portfolio, ART and Teams) and Leadership
• Have hands-on experience in ART formation, PI planning and all the vitals in SAFe world Sound experience as SPC in Implementation Roadmap - Scaled Agile Framework.
• Working Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Power BI reports. Excellent Power point and Excel skills.
• Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in Client Facing roles
