Docue is an international SaaS company, currently making waves in six countries, with its service at docue.com enabling companies to craft top-quality legal documents on their own, avoiding the hefty hourly fees typically charged by lawyers. Primarily targeting small and medium-sized enterprises, Docue was established to cater to those who typically view legal services as prohibitively expensive, yet require high-quality legal solutions just as much as larger corporations.


Our service's AI-powered document templates guide users through the creation process, step by step, to quickly produce ready-to-sign documents. Whether it's employment contracts, NDAs, or board funding decisions, we've got the legal bases covered.


All our content is crafted by our lawyers, ensuring compliance with the latest legislation. Thus, Docue is not just about document technology; it's a unique fusion of tech and high-quality legal expertise.


About Our Past and Future


Docue's journey started in Finland, where the service was launched in 2017. Since then, the company has experienced robust growth. Our team now boasts over 30 stellar individuals across six countries, and we are growing steadily at over 30% per year. Docue has already been adopted by over 100,000 companies.


Our international expansion began in Sweden in 2021, followed by the UK and Germany. With upcoming launches in Poland and the US, we aim to democratize legal services globally. About Your Role


As Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, activation, and retention within our product and app, focusing on the entire user journey from first interaction to long-term customer loyalty. Your role will specifically involve:


  • Leading a team that includes a software engineer and a UI/UX designer, while also collaborating closely with marketing, customer success, and development teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Designing and executing growth experiments within our product and app to identify high-impact strategies.
  • Optimizing conversion rates across the user journey and purchase funnel, from onboarding to engagement and upselling.
  • Analyzing product performance and user behavior, making tactical adjustments to enhance product-led growth.
  • Contributing to long-term growth strategies through data analysis and a sharp understanding of product-based growth opportunities.


What We Expect from You


  • At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, product-led growth, or conversion optimization roles.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, including A/B testing, user journey analysis, and experimentation within product environments.
  • Recent hands-on experience with growth tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel).
  • Solid understanding of SQL for analyzing complex product and user behavior data.
  • An analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving and a passion for optimizing the user experience.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in German, Swedish, Finnish, or Polish is considered a plus.


You’ll work closely with our marketing and development teams, and while you’ll be backed by specialists, a proactive, hands-on approach focused on the product is essential.
