About the Role:


A leading NSW state government organisation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Dynamics 365 Product Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the development, optimisation, and expansion of the organisations CRM platform. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, who has a proven track record of managing and enhancing this CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for our Dynamics CRM platform, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Quickly adapt to the organisation’s culture and processes, acting as a consultant to internal teams and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within Dynamics 365.
  • Engage in detailed discussions with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring the CRM system supports their operational processes effectively.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap for the Dynamics CRM platform, prioritising features and enhancements based on stakeholder input and business value.
  • Use a data-driven approach to prioritise feature development, balancing the needs of different job functions and operational processes.
  • Communicate product features, updates, and changes effectively to internal stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of the platform's capabilities.
  • Clearly articulate solution constraints in relation to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure the CRM platform offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface for all stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate product releases, managing feature launches, updates, and continuous improvements.
  • Monitor the performance of the CRM system using metrics and analytics, identifying areas for enhancement and optimisation.
  • Continuously iterate on the CRM platform, considering user feedback, market trends, and operational needs to drive ongoing improvement and address challenges creatively.


Essential Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.


Required Skills:


  • Experience in Case Management/Business Process Management systems.
  • Strong expertise in CRM strategy, requirements gathering, and scope negotiation.
  • Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple job functions.
  • Exceptional communication skills to ensure alignment on product priorities and to convey product changes to stakeholders.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and a data-driven approach to feature prioritization.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • A track record of successfully managing and improving a product throughout its lifecycle.
