YOUR TASKS

  • ASSISTANCE... in recruiting (e.g.: placing advertisements, coordinating appointments)
  • ADMINISTRATIVE... support for the HR team with employment contracts, agreements, SAP SuccessFactors
  • CONTACT PERSON... for our students at the location
  • SUPPORT... with employer branding activities and personnel marketing events
  • IF INTERESTED... participation in projects to promote a diverse and inclusive corporate culture
  • SHAPING... the mobility of the future

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ongoing studies in the field of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or comparable courses, preferably from the 2nd semester Bachelor's degree onwards
  • Excel and SAP skills are an advantage
  • German and English at C1 level
  • Service-oriented thinking and proactive action
  • Communicative, empathetic and enthusiastic personality with a sense of humor

Our location is very well connected to public transportation and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling train station.

The salary for 20 hours per week is € 1.502,- gross monthly.
