Responsibilities:
-Take a full ownership of Xiaomi smartphone series communication campaigns and develop opportunities to leverage Xiaomi brand consideration in France;
-Collaborate with Western Europe and Chinese marketing teams on a daily basis to set communication goals and implement the global marketing strategy locally;
-Manage marketing recommendations, strategy, plans, budget and execution for product launches;
-Work closely with other French marketing team members to develop fully integrated campaigns through media, social networks, influence and PR. Coordinate 360° communication (ATL, BTL and experiential) with creative agencies;
-Provide quality content and marketing assets to support the needs of sales and retail teams;
-Manage marketing activities once launched throughout the product lifecycle;
-Additionally, develop local campaigns and partnerships plans to strengthen Xiaomi smartphones and brand connection locally;
-Measuring the success of marketing activities based on marketing and sales objectives.;
-Analyzing the incremental impact of campaigns to increase ROI of future marketing investments.
Requirements:
-Master’s degree or equivalent;
-4+ years of experience in 360° marketing project management (ideally in the fields of technology-related communications);
-Experience with ATL and BTL campaigns, bringing to life the global positioning to local markets;
-Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items;
-Ability to work across multi-cultural teams, think outside the box and handle tight deadlines;
-Enthusiastic, curious, creative and knowledgeable about the technology industry in general;
-Mastery of the Adobe suite is a plus;
-Native French speaking and fluent in English.
