UX/UI Designer (m/f/d)

RIEDEL Communications is the leading provider of live production tools in the media, sports and entertainment sectors. To cover our customers' needs holistically, we are divided into three business units: Product Division, Managed Technology & Riedel Networks.

Our Product Division develops, produces and distributes audio, video, IT and communication solutions. With our live production tools for the media, sports, entertainment and corporate industries, we deliver a wide range of high-quality and state-of-the-art products that are among the most innovative of their kind in the industry.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and highly usable intuitive user interfaces.
• You are expected to clearly convey design concepts and choices to key stakeholders such as product managers and development teams.
• You will define user flow maps and product information architecture.
• You will be conducting user testing sessions to validate design decisions, gathering actionable feedback and applying those insights to continuously improve user experience.
  
  
  

THAT'S YOU

• A degree from a university of applied arts or technology, ideally with a focus on digital media, interaction design or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on digital delivery, web and responsive design.
• Nice to have: Experience with technical dense UIs and hardware-related UI, as well as ergonomics or hardware product studies.
• We are looking for a team player with a collaborative approach and focused on team success who is able to both contribute ideas and receive feedback constructively.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively in a multinational team, German is a plus.
