An opportunity has arisen for an experienced .NET Software Team Lead to join a leading technical product company. In this position you will get the chance to make a huge impact by leading two core teams of .NET Software engineers, establishing a culture of engineering excellence and delivering impactful projects. There is excellent career progression on offer within this organisation, they are ideally looking for this person to join as a team lead and once established they will give you all of the support and guidance to transition into an Engineering Management role.

This position would ideally suit a candidate with a strong background and understanding of Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, RabbitMQ, SQL, Azure) alongside some proven leadership experience. If you are passionate and motivated about taking the next step in your career towards leadership, this is the ideal next move for you. This position also ideally suits someone who values remote working and flexibility.

Skills/Experience:

• 8+ Years of Commercial .NET, C# Experience
• Proven leadership experience

Salary/Remuneration Package:

€82,000 - €92,000 + Bonus, Health Insurance.
