Compliance - Monitor Liaison Office (US focus)

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and respond to regulatory requests with a primary focus on US regulatory bodies such as FinCEN, SEC, CFTC, OFAC, DoJ, etc
• Coordinate and support all aspects of the compliance audit process from start to finish
• Leverage compliance expertise to provide consultative support to business units as needed
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive the company’s compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements
• Assist with the implementation and roll-out of any necessary compliance programs across the organization
• Manage cross functional projects responsive to regulator or monitor requirements
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years experience in compliance
• Exceptional knowledge of US Compliance and Regulatory landscape is required
• Prior experience working with a monitorship or US regulatory bodies is highly preferred
• A legal background or prior regulator experience is a major plus, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate independently and make critical decisions
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
