Junior Project Manager for Omnichannel Unit

We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Omnichannel unit. What You Will Do

• Projects and services delivery management.
• Managing and overseeing any third parties within the scope of the projects.
• Ensuring the best quality delivery of projects and services.
• Handle financial aspects, including cost accounting, billing, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Project risk analysis and management.
• Major risks and issues escalating to the upper-level management.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• Proven experience working as a Project manager in software development.
• Understanding of the software development cycle and specifics of IT project management.
• Have knowledge of Agile methodologies to keep projects adaptable and efficient.
• Experience with Jira and Excel.
• The ability to credibly challenge project teams.
• Integrity, leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivation, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving attitude.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian language (at least B2 level).
