Project manager

For one of our Life Science clients, we are currently searching for a project manager (Finance & M365)

Role We seek a project manager with a strong finance background and experience in consulting, project management, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and process improvement to oversee the project portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring integration with financial reporting and other systems.
• Collaborating with specialists, business owners, and external partners.
• Implementing accounting, payments, bank management, and invoice handling systems in pilot countries.
• Creating blueprints for system rollout to other countries.
• Migrating from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The primary focus will be on finance-related projects involving Microsoft Dynamics, with opportunities for involvement in other projects over time.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables, team coordination and monitor and progress.
• Act as the primary contact within the business
• Ensure smooth integration of Microsoft Dynamics into the digital landscape.
• Communicate with stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Stay current with financial system features and best practices.

Requirements

• Background in Finance/Accounting/Business administration.
• Strong project management and consulting experience.
• Experience in process improvement and Stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Experience with system integration (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• International experience and fluency in English.
