UX/UI Designer

Are you a passionate and highly skilled UX/UI Designer eager to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, creative environment? Bragg Gaming Group is looking for a talented designer to join our growing Creative Division—part of the Marketing team that spans across Slovenia and the United Kingdom. As we continue to expand, we’re strengthening our team to support the evolving needs of our business and the dynamic iGaming industry.

In this role, you will take ownership of the design and user experience across all outward-facing websites, newsletters, landing pages, and client-specific pages—ensuring they are visually compelling, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines and business goals. You’ll apply design thinking to solve UX challenges, collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, and translate business goals into intuitive and elegant digital experiences. From creating interactive prototypes in Figma to maintaining design systems and clear UX documentation, you will play a key role in shaping how our users interact with our products and content.

This is a hybrid role based at our Ljubljana office.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and user experience of all outward-facing websites, newsletters, landing pages and client-specific pages, ensuring they are visually compelling, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Solve UX problems through thoughtful design thinking and a deep understanding of user behavior.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs and translate business goals into intuitive and elegant designs.
• Design interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma to communicate and validate design concepts.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Create clear UX specifications for developers and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining the structure, functionality, and user flows of specific projects.
• Take full ownership of multiple design projects and drive them independently from concept to delivery, effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• 4+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (or similar role), with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create effective, user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design software and wireframe tools (e.g., Figma)
• A solid understanding of HTML/CSS is required, with the ability to design with technical feasibility in mind, you should be comfortable collaborating with developers and considering implementation constraints.
• Experience conducting user research and turning insights into intuitive, effective design solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Presentation of design materials to team members or managers, then inclusion of recommended changes in the final version of design materials.
• Ensuring brand compliance over all projects
• A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for instructions, you look for ways to improve the product.

• You have knowledge of or prior experience in the iGaming industry.
