Back End Developer

Now, we’re looking for C# Backend Developers who are passionate about building high-performance applications that move money across the world—securely, reliably, and at scale.

🌍 What You’ll Do

As part of a small, agile team (2 developers, 1 QA, 1 PM, 1 Lead Dev), you’ll be:

• Building backend services (Windows Services, no UI) that drive our money transfer engine
• Creating solutions to handle transactional processing, scheduled jobs, and ad-hoc requests
• Collaborating across teams – from DevOps and DBAs to Business Analysts and other developer squads
• Owning your code, from development to deployment and support (during regular hours only – thanks to our global team coverage)

These systems are core to our operation, and while they may not be flashy, they’re vital, resilient, and deeply technical.

💼 What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience with .NET C# and object-oriented programming
• Solid SQL skills, especially with stored procedures
• 2+ years of experience with REST API integrations
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Bonus Points:

• Experience with multithreading
• Familiarity with SOAP APIs
• Exposure to messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Understanding of application lifecycle and production support
