Java Developer - Contract - Remote in Romania

Are you a talented Java Developer looking to make an impact?

Synchro are working with an extremely successful online ecommerce brand, that is currently embarking on their next stage of growth.

Our clients team works in agile squads focusing on checkout flow, discoverability, and customer retention.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborating with developers to implement solutions from our product roadmap.
• Developing customer-focused features and breaking down requirements into manageable, incremental deliverables.
• Working with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
• Enhancing platform performance, scalability, and monitoring with innovative strategies and practices.
• Identifying and improving inefficiencies in our development pipeline.
• Diagnosing and resolving production issues with the team.

Required Skills:

• You have hands-on experience with Java and Spring.
• You’re familiar with MongoDB, Kubernetes, Redis, and cloud technologies.
• You bring solid experience in backend development within production environments.
• Experience with AWS is a bonus

Day rate: £200 - £300 per day

Role: Java Developer - Contract

Duration: 6 months with the potential to extend

Location: Remote in Romania
