Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps engineer to join our dynamic team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a DevOps engineer you will play a crucial role in driving, bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

• Define, drive, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and technical constraints
• Collaborate closely with development teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather and prioritize requirements
• Create and refine features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.
• Knowledge of DevOps, C++ and Java programming skills.
• Drive the release/iteration planning, review, retrospective, and workshops
• Make informed decisions on product features and prioritization based on data and user feedback
• Should be able to communicate product vision, goals, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts between business needs and technical limitations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy
• Ability to work three days in the office
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar role within software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira and Confluence and DevOps tools.
• Excellent technical understanding of software development processes and best practices.
• Proven track record of successful product deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience in creating and managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application in product development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
• Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being decisive when needed.
• Telecom experience is preferred.
• Scrum Product Owner/Scrum master certification is preferred.
• Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
