About the Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead with deep expertise in PHP, Laravel, Postgres, SQL, Vue.js, JavaScript, and architectural best practices. In this leadership role, you will oversee the design, development, and execution of scalable and high-performance applications while mentoring teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and development of enterprise-grade applications.
• Guide and mentor development teams to ensure high-quality coding standards and best practices.
• Develop efficient back-end solutions with PHP, Laravel, Postgres, and SQL.
• Design and implement dynamic and intuitive user interfaces using Vue.js and JavaScript.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business goals.
• Oversee code reviews, technical documentation, and process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and architectural advancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15-20 years of experience in full stack development and technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in PHP, Laravel, Postgres, SQL, Vue.js, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and scalable system design.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Ability to drive technical decision-making and implement best practices.
• Experience in database optimization and efficient query structuring.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based solutions and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
