Role: Data Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid 2-3 days from office)

Mode: Contract

6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze bio sample data from external labs:
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues
• Perform data profiling
• Compare findings to the existing data model and suggest improvements
• Work closely with vendors and the implementation team to gather and understand requirements
• Present analytical findings and actionable insights to stakeholders

Skills Required

• Technical:
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with MongoDB
• Solid data modeling knowledge
• Understanding of data management and governance principles
• Analytical & Soft Skills:
• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Team player, collaborative approach
