Manual QA Engineer

We’re a fast-growing fintech company focused on building innovative financial solutions that are secure, reliable, and user-friendly. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Manual QA Engineer to help ensure the quality of our applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual test cases to validate new features and ensure stability of the platform
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to clarify requirements and improve product quality
  • Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
  • Help create and maintain test documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manual QA
  • Experience with testing LLM models
  • Ability to assess and validate non-deterministic outputs (e.g. hallucinations, vague responses)
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA processes
  • Experience with web and mobile application testing
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts
  • Attention to context, tone, and logic in chatbot replies
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar is a plus
  • A team player with a proactive mindset

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech or regulated industries
