Role - Product & Service Configuration Life Cycle Mgmt - Configuration Manager
Location - Poland (remote work, candidate can be anywhere in Poland)
Key Responsibilities
Global Template Creation:
Develop a comprehensive global template for deploying configuration management processes.
Customise the template to address specific needs within the as-designed and as-manufactured phases of PLM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Roche Diagnostics' strategic goals.
Configuration Management
Define and implement configuration management strategies that enhance efficiency and quality.
Establish guidelines for managing product configurations throughout their lifecycle.
Ensure seamless integration between R&D, design transfer, and manufacturing processes.
Digital Thread And PLM
Leverage your extensive knowledge of digital thread concepts.
Participate in the digital transformation of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital thread principles into our PLM processes.
Process Harmonization
Harmonise configuration management practices across different departments and teams.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders involved in PLM.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
Change Control And Versioning
Manage change control processes related to product design and manufacturing.
Implement version control mechanisms to track changes and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, ISO standards).
Collaboration With Digital Transformation Initiatives
Work closely with Roche Diagnostics' digital transformation teams.
Align configuration management practices with digital tools and platforms.
Leverage technology to enhance configuration data visibility and accessibility.
Risk Mitigation
Identify potential risks related to configuration changes.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Monitor and assess the impact of changes on product quality and compliance.
SAP Integration
Utilise your SAP knowledge to streamline configuration management workflows.
Work closely with IT teams to integrate SAP solutions into our configuration management processes.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the configuration management function.
Qualifications
Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in configuration management within the GMP industry.
Proficiency in digital thread concepts and their application.
Hands-on experience with PLM systems (preferably during a digital transformation).
Familiarity with SAP (S4) or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Fluent in English, German is a plus
