Position Overview

Rapidly growing DTC e-commerce brand looking for a UI/UX Designer who doesn’t just create visually appealing interfaces but uses data, testing, and analytics to refine and optimize user experiences. This role focuses on growth and conversion optimization, ensuring our digital platforms are not just engaging but also high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and testing to drive informed design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Optimize eCommerce flows, including product discovery, checkout, and post-purchase experiences.
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of UX/UI improvements.
• Maintain accessibility standards for an inclusive digital experience.
• Run A/B tests to analyze and improve performance.
• Identify friction points in the user journey using tools like heatmaps and session recordings.
• Develop and refine design strategies based on behavioral psychology and data-driven insights.
• Ensure all designs align with a premium, high-quality brand aesthetic.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design within high-growth eCommerce CPG brands.
• Proficiency in Figma for rapid prototyping and UI design.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and usability testing.
• Experience optimizing conversion funnels and leveraging data to refine design decisions.
• A sharp eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment focused on testing and learning.
• Passion for health, longevity, and human optimization through great design.

Compensation

💰 $100K - $135K
