Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, AI - Automated Insights, Scala, SQL Scripting, and Python. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of data analytics and the ability to design and implement complex solutions. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
• Oversee the development and deployment of AI - Automated Insights to enhance data-driven decision-making
• Guide in Scala and SQL Scripting to optimize data processing and analysis
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation and automation
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure the scalability and performance of data analytics platforms
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data analytics
• Implement standard processes for data governance and security
• Monitor and troubleshoot data analytics systems to ensure reliability and accuracy
• Create comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions
• Participate in project planning and provide technical insights
• Supply to the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and methodologies
  
  

Qualifications

• Analytics Tools: Proficiency with Digital Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
• Customer Journeys: Analyze journeys to identify needs, drive digital engagement, and enhance digital adoption.
• Leadership: Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Programming & Integration: Expertise in SQL, Python, Scala, and data integration
• Communication & Collaboration: Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Advanced Analytics: Proficiency in advanced analytics techniques and tools and expertise in data analysis
• AI Analysis: Use AI techniques to analyze datasets and provide recommendations.

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
