About The Role

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis and elevate the user experience across our e-commerce platform, Shopify websites, and mobile-responsive portals. You’ll play a critical role in designing customer-centric journeys that drive both engagement and conversion across B2B and B2C environments.

• This is a one-year contract opportunity, with the potential for renewal based on performance and project needs. *Please Note: to be considered for this role: Candidates must submit a link to a modern portfolio that preferably includes:
• UX/UI designs with a strong sense of color palette, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Before-and-after examples showing your impact on product design
• E-commerce (Shopify) and mobile-responsive website case studies (if available)
  
  

What You'll Do

• User Experience Design: Design and optimize seamless, engaging user experiences for both desktop and responsive mobile platforms (non-app), including Shopify-based websites and internal tools.
• Design Development: Use Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and React Native to develop intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve usability and boost performance.
• Quick Graphics Creation: Generate visually impactful graphic elements to support UX initiatives as needed.
• Style Guide Maintenance: Assist in creating and maintaining scalable, consistent digital style guides.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UX design with a focus on e-commerce (especially Shopify) and demonstrated success in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Solid knowledge of responsive design principles for mobile platforms (iOS, Android, and mobile web).
• Background in Graphic Design is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and React Native.
• Strong communication skills and a user-centered approach to problem-solving.
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Reliable internet access and a private remote workstation
• Availability to work Monday to Friday Pacific Time, weekends when needed
