Product Design: Facilitate design from concepts and storyboards to mock-ups and prototypes. Stakeholder Workshops: Plan and run workshops to explore problem spaces and co-design solutions. User Studies: Plan, design, and implement user studies to gather insights. UX Advocacy: Champion UX practices across the business and contribute to a comprehensive design system. Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Developers.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating design processes and results. Design Skills: Proficiency in creating user journeys, wireflows, mockups, and prototypes. Complex Product Design: Experience in designing B2B workflows or complex products. Agile/Scrum: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Tools: Familiarity with JIRA, Miro, Axure, Figma, or similar tools. Workshop Facilitation: Experience planning and facilitating successful design workshops.
