UI/UX Designer & React Developer

As a UI/UX designer and developer, have you ever wanted to do both?

We work in teams of developers that at T-shaped in terms of skills - meaning that they have a specialty, however they can work in most contexts. So we are looking for a Designer that also Develops UI for a fantastic UX. It does mean however that you are comfortable in design in Figma in responsive UI context, and consumer and B2B context. You think in terms of customer journeys and providing not just a great looking UI, however a great UX.

As a React developer, you have a firm grasp of how to build components and utilise dynamic personalised styles across components, within a React framework.

Finally you value working closely with a team, discussing, designing and then developing UX that takes the whole team to achieve from signup, to login, UI and UX, through to the interfaces and context delivered to the page.

You value in person working, and we have an office in the Martin Place in the city, that is easy to get to for anyone within a train or bus from the city.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a React and Figma design and developer at Enterprise AI Group in Sydney, NSW. The role involves working on front-end development and design of UI and UX for customer journeys using AI weaved into business process. Although you may be a specialist in design, you can also code in React. The candidate will be responsible for creating interactive and user-friendly interfaces, implementing design mockups in Figma, and developing efficient and high-performance web applications.

Qualifications

• Front-End Development, React - 2+years
• UI/UX design in Figma - 2+years
• Portfolio required: Show us what you have designed & developed
• Experience in creating responsive and visually appealing designs using Figma
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment in person to solve problems, and make decisions so we can ship regularly
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or experience.
