Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and tailor machine learning solutions.
• Design and deploy machine learning models across various applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and impactful.
• Develop and maintain ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Analyze results to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Stay current on ML advancements and implement best practices in modeling, automation, and CI/CD.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or Data Engineer with proven success in deploying production-ready models.
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data wrangling and building scalable data pipelines.
• Advanced skills in Python (additional skills in Scala or Java are a plus).
• Experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD, testing, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• A passion for knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and a collaborative mindset.
