Now, with increasing demand across our client base, we’re expanding our Sydney team — and are now looking for a process driven and detailed orientated Business Project Manager to join us on the next stage of our journey.


This role is designed to combine strategic thinking, commercial support, and operational execution across the commercial functions of our team. It’s a hybrid function, positioned at the intersection of sales, operations, CRM, and commercial insights. The individual will support high-impact initiatives (like roundtables with CEOs), handle core sales admin tasks, and contribute to strategic reviews on a quarterly or biannual basis.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Commercial Support

  • Support top-of-funnel sales activity (CRM, outreach, follow-ups).
  • Update and maintain case studies for commercial use.
  • Segment CRM data ahead of outreach
  • Attend to basic sales administration (e.g. scheduling, invite management).


Data, Strategy & Insights

  • Analyse spreadsheet data relating to operational performance and report back to operations leaders.
  • Provide insights and suggest strategies to improve internal processes.
  • Develop ideas and concepts from a strategic perspective (not just executional).


CRM & Systems

  • Own the front-facing part of the CRM tied to the sales process.
  • Administer tools and systems (light SEO work, invoices, finance handoffs).


Ideal Candidate Attributes

  • Strategic and Analytical: Must bring a data lens
  • Relationship & Detail Oriented: Someone who balances people skills with structured thinking and follow-through.
  • Experience in Small Business: Must be used to the pace, chaos, and ambiguity of high-growth or early-stage environments.
  • Tenacious & Resilient: Needs to be comfortable in fast-paced, high-demand environments with limited structure.
  • Excel / Data Skills: Bonus if proficient in Excel; data fluency is a major advantage.
