Your tasks
- You will be managing complex ASIC development projects for Consumer Electronics
- Within the dedicated projects, you are responsible for targets with respect to scope, time, quality and budget
- As a central contact person you coordinate tasks with internal and external stakeholders, including foundry business partners
- Based on your monitoring, you report the project status to relevant stakeholders
- Development and implementation of recovery plans for unforeseen occurrences
- You lead, support and motivate a cross functional team in an international and global environment
- Personality: You are a strong and self-driven leader. You aren't afraid of talking to stakeholders and team members and you can convince and inspire others with your ideas. You are an enthusiastic and creative team player, with willingness to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment, as well as assertive and analytical.
- Working style: Analytical, structured and fact based. Real team player who is used to work in an international and diverse environment. You can convince stakeholders, while taking into account their needs, how an ASIC project needs to be defined, implemented, deployed and maintained.
- Experience and Knowledge: Deep knowledge of mixed signal ASIC design and semi-conductor processes required; Extensive demonstrable professional experience in IC development and significant experience in leading a team in technical projects.
- Language: Proficient English language skills (C1), German and Finnish are a plus.
- Education: Degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar technology related programs.
