What You'll Do:

• Improve customer experience by reducing operational defects 📉
• Coordinate with content acquisitions teams to launch titles perfectly 🎬
• Standardize metadata from content license agreements 📑
• Manage title schedules and communicate key dates 📅
• Set up new partners for payments and resolve inquiries 💸
• Develop operational plans to eliminate manual processes 🔧
• Investigate and propose solutions for systematic problems 🛠️
• Educate peers and management on processes and expectations 🎓
• Perform 50% operational tasks 🔄

What We're Looking For:

• PMP certification 🎓
• 5-6 years of professional experience 🕒
• Experience in driving end-to-end delivery 🚀
• Process improvement leadership 🛠️
• Stakeholder management skills 🤝
• Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge 📊
• Program or project management experience 📈
• Cross-functional collaboration skills 🌐
• Experience with automation (e.g., automating contract processes) 🤖
• Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent) 🇬🇧
• Additional language skills in Italian 🇮🇹 and Spanish 🇪🇸 are nice-to-have
