Product Manager

Oliver James are working with a Large Enterprise Client based in Dublin who are going through a significant transformation. They are scaling out their Digital Team, which requires a strong Product Manager.


The role:

Experience as a Product Manager/Snr Product Owner is a requirement of this role - ideally 3 plus years experience.

• Skilled in working within cross-functional teams, overcoming obstacles to ensure successful delivery.

• Proven experience in agile environments, collaborating effectively with technical teams.

• Strong understanding of the entire product life cycle and the delivery process.

• Able to provide both strategic guidance and critical questioning, supporting the prioritisation and execution of product features to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Desired Skills and Experience

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to define product requirements and ensure development readiness.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from planning and roadmap development to launch and retirement.
- Ensure features have clear, measurable metrics to track value.
- Work with UX, UI, and Analytics teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop budgets and business cases with functional managers for roadmap delivery.
- Present updates and roadmap plans to senior leadership.
