DATA ANALYST & MARKET MODELING

We offer an exciting opportunity for a DATA ANALYST & MARKET MODELING in JTI Italy within the Marketing Department.

The DATA ANALYST & MARKET MODELING will support the Strategic & Insight Manager in providing key stakeholders with insightful market data, volume forecast and performance analysis, contributing to the definition of the portfolio, brand and trade strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor, track and develop insightful analysis on market dynamics and JTI & Key Competitors performance
• Take ownership of the Demand Planning process, developing accurate volumes forecasting for JTI products and ensuring timely alignment with key stakeholders (Finance, Logistics, Brand Management)
• Contribute to A&SP (including LEs and pricing scenarios) definition for Combustible & Heated Tobacco business, supporting the development of key portfolio/brand strategies through total market volumes / JTI SOM forecast and consumer/market dynamics analysis
• Build and assemble structured decks and presentation content, using extracted insights from market, performance and consumer data
• Establish an open dialogue with other functions and colleagues, anticipating potential business needs and market trends to deep dive
  
  

Requirements

• University Degree in Economics or Statistics preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in similar roles (within FMCG companies preferred)
• Fluent English, Italian as primary language
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
