Dynamic Yield, by Mastercard, leverages advanced machine learning and AI to deliver powerful personalization solutions to enterprises. We are seeking a dynamic individual to define project success criteria with customers and translate these into actionable plans using data-driven insights. The role requires a deep understanding of customer segments to execute user-centric personalization strategies and advocate for the adoption of Dynamic Yield's solutions. Key responsibilities include regularly reviewing project status with clients and stakeholders, providing thought leadership on landing page best practices, and training customers on platform usage with a focus on scalability. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for technology and customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Task-at-Hand For Campaign Operations Specialist

• Set Up and Manage Campaigns: Utilize your expertise in Dynamic Yield’s platform to efficiently set up and manage personalized email campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Prioritize and Execute Tasks: Apply strong project management skills to prioritize tasks effectively, manage deadlines, and follow through on assignments with precision and accountability.
• Leverage Technical Skills: Use your knowledge of HTML/CSS to coordinate tasks with the specialized technical teams for customizing campaign templates and troubleshoot any technical issues related to campaign setup.
• Ensure Platform Expert: Become a subject matter expert in Dynamic Yield’s platform, staying up to date with new features and functionality to maximize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on campaign objectives, address technical challenges, and ensure seamless execution.
• Client Interaction: Occasionally join client-facing calls to understand requirements or provide updates, but focus primarily on backend operational responsibilities.
• Document Processes and Updates: Maintain detailed documentation of campaign setup processes, feature requests, and technical troubleshooting for internal and external reference.
• Quality Assurance: Review campaign setups thoroughly to ensure they meet customer expectations and adhere to best practices.
  
  
  

Required Skills

• 2+ years of operational/project management experience, preferably in a SaaS or email marketing-related role.
• Technical proficiency in HTML/CSS with basic troubleshooting of email campaign technologies; familiarity with ESPs and personalization platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, focusing on accuracy and quality assurance in repetitive, process-driven tasks.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to align with internal teams and resolve technical challenges.
• Willingness to become an expert in Dynamic Yield’s platform, including staying updated on new features and capabilities.
