🔎 We are looking for a Transition Production Manager


MAIN TASKS:

  • Lead the end-to-end transition process from project phase to Go Live and stabilization.
  • Design and execute detailed transition plans (tasks, timelines, resources).
  • Coordinate with project teams and departments to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor transition progress and address issues proactively.
  • Communicate changes effectively and manage stakeholder resistance.
  • Build and prepare the APS team to support new applications post-Go Live.
  • Organize training and support for staff during transition periods.
  • Ensure production readiness (monitoring, DR, backups, security, performance).
  • Align APS team with the global target operating model.
  • Collaborate with Application Managers and Business Owners on team setup, skills, and service levels.
  • Define ramp-up and ramp-down strategies aligned with Go Lives roadmap.



YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of experience in production and/or transition management.
  • Proven experience leading change or transition initiatives in a complex environment.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams.
  • Project management expertise, including tools and documentation practices.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong planning, strategic thinking, and client-oriented approach.
  • Team spirit and ability to foster collaboration in diverse teams.
