The Opportunity

From the moment you wake up until you go to bed, consider the media you consume, the ads you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse, and the online shopping you do throughout the day. Every single one of those interactions is likely powered by an Adobe product.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Director to join our Professional Services Team in Madrid. As a key leader in Adobe’s Professional Services organization, you will drive the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring that they achieve their business goals using Adobe solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to manage resources, timelines, and budgets while maintaining outstanding client satisfaction.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Professional Services engagements, ensuring alignment with teams such as Technical Support, Technical Account Management, and Customer Success.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales execution, translating customer requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Develop and deliver CxO-ready presentations, including return on investment (ROI) and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses, to drive value realization discussions.
  • Assess customers’ current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes, identifying and prioritizing key use cases and value drivers.
  • Program & Project Management
  • Resource Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants, engineers, and partners, to allocate resources effectively and optimize project outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide delivery teams to uphold Adobe’s commitment to quality and innovation in customer success.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
  • Process Improvement: Advocate for and implement best practices in delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and alignment with business objectives.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in delivering complex, transformational projects/programs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong expertise in Customer Experience Management (CXM), including Digital Marketing, CRM, and related technologies.
  • Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the Iberian market, including business culture and operational nuances in Spain and Portugal.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of resolving complex project challenges.
