About the Role

As a Project Manager, you'll lead high-tech projects from concept to delivery—ranging from client-specific applications to core technology developments. You'll work closely with engineering teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution, on time and within budget.

Tasks:

• Manage ATS application and core platform development projects from initiation to completion within time and budget.
• Organize and staff ATS application and core platform development projects
• Align and prioritize project team activities with overall project goals
• Support overall project governance through reporting into steering and strategic boards
• Establish and apply a standardized project management approach, including processes, tools, templates and adoption of standards and best practices
• Implement project retrospectives, measures of success and lessons learned
• Ensure clear and transparent communication within projects and between projects and the rest of the organization
• Part of your key deliverables include project briefs and project plans, project planning and the definition of project deliverables with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a project risk log
• Periodically report the project status to stakeholders
• Formalize Project signoffs and oversee invoices on payment milestones
• Manage project issues, changes, and risks (identification, mitigation, escalation)
• Monitor project progress, scope and budget and update project planning accordingly

Your Profile

✔ Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably technical)

✔ 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects

✔ Familiar with PRINCE2 or similar methodologies

✔ Strong communication skills in English (Dutch or German is a plus)

✔ Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

✔ Willing to travel occasionally
