LLM Engineer - TikTok (Singapore)

Responsibilities

TikTok R&D team aims as the pillar R&D work of TikTok business, build and maintain industry-leading products. Join us, you will be exposed to core business scenarios including user growth, social networking, live broadcast, e-commerce C-end, content creation, content consumption, etc., to support the rapid development of products on the global track. You will also get in touch with technical challenges in service architecture, basic technology and other directions to ensure that the business continues to serve users with high quality, high efficiency and security. At the same time, it can also provide comprehensive technical solutions for different business scenarios and optimize various product indicators and user experience.

We are currently building LLM-related modeling infrastructure, which includes but is not limited to:

• Text LLM foundational model pretraining infrastructure and framework
• Text LLM foundational model reinforcement learning infrastructure and framework
• Text LLM foundational model inference solutions and framework
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor , Master Degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or Mathematics
• Solid coding capabilities with Python/C++/C
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in deep learning engineering
• Familiarity with PyTorch and CUDA
• Hands-on experience with LLM
