Monetization Manager- Ukraine

We're a fast-growing mobile app startup, looking for a Monetization Manager to join us at an early and exciting stage.

  • This is a core role with direct impact on revenue, product direction, and user experience. You'll work closely with founders, dev, and product teams to improve how we generate value — from ads to subscriptions and everything in between.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize monetization strategies across a portfolio of mobile apps.
  • Collaborate with dev/product teams to integrate and improve monetization features (SDKs, paywalls, ads).
  • Use data to identify trends, spot opportunities, and guide decisions.
  • Explore and test new monetization partners, formats, and models.
  • Help shape the business side of a global product, from concept to scale.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile monetization (ads and/or subscriptions).
  • Strong data intuition — you know how to ask the right questions and interpret results.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like AdMob, ironSource, mediation, bidding.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (product/dev/business).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
