Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in the refactoring of an existing web-based application portal, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within a new shared application framework.
• Rebuild and enhance existing APIs to improve performance and compatibility with modern UI standards.
• Maintain and update current systems, adapting to new requirements and technologies to meet business needs.
• Modify and document program code for existing and new functionalities, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Conduct thorough testing of programs to guarantee expected performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with a team of software engineers on larger projects, contributing to the collective effort with your unique skills and insights.
• Design and implement modern, responsive UIs with React.js, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and an optimal user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, particularly in the JavaScript ecosystem, and apply them to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in programming and developing applications using C# and familiar with .NET 4.8 or .NET 6+ frameworks.
• Proficiency in React.js for frontend development and a solid understanding of component-based architecture.
• Solid understanding and experience with web development technologies ASP.NET, MVC.NET, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and SignalR.
• Experience in developing and consuming APIs using ASP.NET Web API, with a good grasp of JSON and REST principles.
• Proficiency with development tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, and version control systems like TFS/Azure DevOps.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication and documentation abilities.
