Your Role And Responsibilities

The PMO team has a scope of:

• Ledger analysis & reconciliation
• Prepare preliminary forecast for PM review
• Report: Provide information to PM (Cost Overrun support)
• Submit billing request for processing
• Create ICA (new/supplement)
• Create Managed services ( PO Request / CSA - Bond Resale )
• Attend when completing Delivery Risk Assessment / Risk Re Assessment
• On y Off boarding.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Currently pursuing a university degree with a track-record of academic success as developer in careers such as: Business Administration, Finance, etc.
• Strong Interpersonal skills that enhance collaboration and relationship building, while also managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment;
• Have initiative and passion to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills while embracing a growth mindset to assimilate diverse viewpoints;
• Demonstrate leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively through active listening; while also be willing to adapt and have a readiness to take ownership of tasks and challenges;
• Availability of time to intern from 9am at 1pm or 2pm at 6pm;
