Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust technical solutions using Java.
• Establish and promote coding standards and best practices across development teams.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and technical leadership to developers.
• Conduct design and code quality reviews to maintain high standards.
• Manage delivery timelines, ensuring quality and performance expectations are met.
• Engage with infrastructure, architecture, and risk/security stakeholders.
• Document technical work clearly and consistently (design, code, unit testing).
• Collaborate effectively in Agile, cross-functional teams.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Expertise in software architecture, DevOps, and Cloud technologies.
• Solid understanding of secure development principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum).
• Proficiency in English and at least one local language (French or Dutch).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and lead others.
• Problem-solving mindset with an autonomous, proactive approach.
