We are seeking a CSA Project Manager to support, setting oversees the planning, execution, and completion of the civil, structural, and architectural aspects of a datacentre project. This includes managing the project schedule, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is within budget and meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage the CSA project schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors involved in CSA works.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs related to CSA works.
• Quality Control: Ensure CSA work meets project requirements and industry standards.
• Client Communication: Maintain communication with the client, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and other project managers.
• Documentation: Manage project documentation, including O&M manuals, punch lists, and safety files.
• Closeout: Initiate and manage the project closeout process, ensuring all requirements are met.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural principles and construction techniques.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Subcontractor Management: Experience managing and coordinating subcontractors.
• Datacentre Experience: Experience working on datacentre projects, especially large-scale or hyperscale builds.
