About the Role:-

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Marketing Technology Manager to own and optimise our marketing tracking and integration ecosystem. This role is designed for a technical expert who will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity and accurate data flow across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing tracking technologies, including server-to-server integrations, pixel tracking, and advanced attribution systems across web, mobile, and affiliate channels. Experience in high-budget, multi-market environments—preferably within the Financial services, Forex, or CFDs trading sectors—is highly desirable.


Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing tracking tools including GTM, GA4, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and server-to-server (S2S) integrations.
  • Ensure accurate setup and synchronization of tracking codes, pixels, and postbacks across web and mobile platforms.
  • Integrate third-party analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Campaign Manager 360) for multi-touch attribution and funnel analysis.
  • Optimize ad tracking systems (e.g., Voluum, Retrack.io) and ensure seamless tracking across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DV360, and affiliate networks.
  • Develop custom scripts for event tracking and ensure accurate data flow across all channels.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot tracking issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., cookie consent, Google Consent Mode).


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in GTM, GA4, Firebase, and S2S tracking with postback URL setup.
  • Proven experience managing complex tracking setups across high-budget, multi-market campaigns.
  • Background in Financial services or Forex/CFDs is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in third-party tracking tools (e.g., Voluum, Retrack.io) and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of mobile app tracking, including iOS SKAdNetwork and web-to-app attribution.
  • Basic scripting skills for implementing and troubleshooting tags and tracking codes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
