People Operations Specialist

Role Overview:
The People Consultant will manage employee relations, assist in leading organisational changes, and ensuring compliance with Dutch labour laws, including the "Wet verbetering poortwachter." The role prioritises creating a positive work environment, managing sensitive HR matters, and ensuring smooth transitions during reorganisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations & Compliance: Including legal complaince, disciplinary actions and collaboarting with legal advisors on senstivate cases.
• Reorganisation & Change Management: Involvement with restructuing efforts and alignment with business goals/legal standards. Supporting management through organisation changes ensuring smooth transitions.
• Risk Mitigation: Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies for employee relations and legal compliance, ensuring alignment with both internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; 8+ years HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labour laws and organisational change management.
• Proven track record in handling complex employee relations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Change Leadership in workforce transitions,
• Expertise in Dutch labour laws, particularly "Wet verbetering poortwachter."
• Ability in handling sensitive HR issues in English.

This position requires candidates to be based in the Netherlands, offering a Hybrid working model.
