Are you ready to help shape the look and feel of a platform used by millions?

We’re working with a well-known digital agency on a major ecommerce transformation project. They’ve just kicked off a full-scale rethink of the online shopping experience and we’re building a team of top-tier talent to bring it to life.

We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer (UI) who knows how to craft beautiful, intuitive interfaces that don’t just look good — they make people want to click, scroll, shop, and come back for more.

You’ll be working alongside a Lead UX Designer to design a digital retail experience that’s functional, scalable, and visually inspiring. From modern UI patterns to motion design, this role is for someone who knows how to make a product feel as good as it looks.

What we’re looking for

• A strong background in UI design for ecommerce or high-traffic digital products
• Experience working with design systems: building, extending, and maintaining
• A clean, modern aesthetic with attention to hierarchy, usability, and detail
• Confidence working in Figma to create production-ready visuals and component libraries
• Strong collaboration skills — you love working alongside UXers, developers, and stakeholders
• A genuine interest in what’s next for digital retail and how design influences conversion

And importantly

We’re not looking for someone who just polishes wireframes. We want a visual designer with ideas. Someone who brings thought, craft, and creativity to every screen. You’ll be encouraged to push the work, challenge the norm, and design with intent.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for native mobile apps
• Motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping skills
• Background in ecommerce
