Your Tasks

• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support on Business Intelligence (BI) topics, including administration, troubleshooting and error resolution
• Collaborate with the team to write informative tips and tricks posts to help key users maximize the effectiveness of BI solutions
• Enable key users to effectively leverage BI solutions for data-driven decision-making and process optimization
• Work with key users to develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, based on business requirements
• Stay up to date with BI trends and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Currently studying or recently completed studies in Business, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Interest in the latest BI developments and data visualization; knowledge of Power BI or equivalent reporting tool is a plus
• Basic understanding of SQL is a plus
• Effective communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and key users across departments and seniority levels
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus
