Job Title: Senior Software Engineer & Team Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer & Team Lead to join our team in Kaunas. This role focuses on two main areas: performing team lead duties and contributing to software development.

Technical

Key Responsibilities:

• Participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
• Designing and developing software.
• Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other team members.
• Continuously improving the software development process and practices.
• Communicating with stakeholders and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to improve the software and the development process.
  
  

Team Management

• Managing the software development team.
• Participating in hiring processes.
• Contributing to the team's growth.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in managing an engineering team.
• Experience in Java, .NET, or Node.js development.
• Experience in Agile processes.
  
  

Our leaders are responsible for delivering the entire solution. This includes conducting meetings, explaining functionalities, providing technical leadership, and participating in meetings with stakeholders (clients). They need to understand the team's work from both a business and technical perspective. Our leaders proactively seek solutions and strive to resolve issues.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is from 4950 to 8250 EUR gross before taxes. The salary offer for the candidate is determined based on predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate’s level of competence and experience.
