We’re looking for a world-class (Senior) AI engineer who wants to go deep in LLMs, Voice Agents, Evals, and Reasoning, and who moves fast, thrives in the unique challenges and has the technical depth to lead in uncharted territory.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of our AI agent for recruitment
• Build systems that analyze and extract insights from unstructured data 
• Design and implement semantic search, matching, and recommendation systems
• Fine-tune or distill LLMs for domain-specific reasoning
• Work closely with product and recruiting experts to build human-AI client experiences
• Help define and implement our data strategy, including labeling, ingestion, and model feedback loops
• Focus on explainability, fairness, and trust — critical in hiring
• Own the full lifecycle from prototype to production

You Have...

• 4+ years building real-world relevant systems/ product experience, ideally in startups
• Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, AI evaluation, vector search, or retrieval-based architectures
• Experience working with noisy, fragmented, and high-signal data
• Demonstrated ability to optimize models for performance, scale, and cost-efficiency
• Strong product intuition — you care about UX, not just model accuracy
• Startup mindset: autonomous, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A master’s in computer science, AI, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: Experience with vertical AI products in law, finance, or healthcare
• Bonus: Exposure to recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or CRM enrichment
