ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently searching for a Analytic Consultant for the Intelligence Analytics (iA) – Price & Promotion Team.
You will work together with some of the largest FMCG companies, helping them to make the right choices for their price and promo strategy, considering the impact on sales and P&L.
You will manage the Price and Promo projects, working together with the executive teams, analyzing the outputs of the projects, and providing insightful price and promo recommendations.
Your insights will influence decisions for some of today’s leading global companies.
You will have the opportunity to be part of the PnP NielsenIQ service transformation.
Responsibilities
- Be part of an international project team that helps FMCG clients optimizing their pricing and promotion activities – cover Clients in Europe, Middle East, and Africa
- Convert analytical results into a business-focused and actionable client report
- Use Nielsen tools and methodologies to build answers to business questions based on the market data and revenue management analysis
- Deliver insights and recommendations to the client in a presentation
- Coordinate project execution between NIQ teams of experts
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a preference to Business, Economics or Mathematics
- 2-3 year’s previous FMCG / research or consulting agency experience would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills and numerical reasoning
- Strong organizational, communication & interpersonal skills
- Focused on helping the client win in the market
- Ability to travel to deliver insights and recommendations presentations
- Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written (another European Language would be an asset);
