Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify SEO opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Work together with the content team to improve current content and create articles that are both SEO-friendly and relevant to our target audience and industry trends.
• Utilize WordPress to manage and update website content, plugins, and metadata to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Analyze and interpret data from various SEO tools and Google Analytics to track website performance and key metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and industry developments to continuously enhance our SEO strategies.
• Optimize website UX/UI elements to improve user engagement, conversions, and overall user experience.
• Work closely with developers and designers to implement technical SEO enhancements and optimize website structure and performance.
• Develop and implement impactful off-page and on-page SEO content, including title tags, meta descriptions, and optimized header tags
• Responsible for researching keywords, competitor content, and industry trends to optimize existing content and uncover new content opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO consultant or specialist with a strong track record of successful SEO campaigns, national and international.
• Proven experience as an SEO consultant working for websites created for English-speaking countries.
• Technical SEO experience (Website architecture, 301 redirects, Robots.txt best practices, etc) – 3+ years
• Strong experience with Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Search Console such as setting up event tracking, filters, and segmenting data
• Expertise in WordPress CMS and its SEO capabilities, including plugin management and content optimization.
• Proficient in conducting keyword research and using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
• Experience with on-page optimization
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven SEO decisions.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development best practices for technical SEO enhancements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various teams effectively.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to implement website improvements for better user experience.
• Article writing skills with the ability to create engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content.
